processing times
made-to-order sets (which includes moodboard sets) like the name suggests are made-to-order rather than pre-made. this means that they are only made when ordered and as a result processing times for orders which incude them range from 5-10 days!
pre-made sets are ready to ship! if ordered on their own or with other pre-made sets, they can be shipped within 1-3 days!
busybusynails is a one person team of myself so please keep this in mind! any updates on shipping/ processsing delays or breaks in production will be updated as best as i can on the website banner, however for the most up to date information please follow on instagram (@busybusynails) where stories are updated daily!
shipping
shipping rates can be seen at checkout for each country/location! all orders come with tracked shipping (except domestic singular sizing kit orders).
express options for international shipping is avaliable and can be added manually, so if you would like to opt for this option please reach out to me via dm on instagram and i can add express as an option depending your location!
i am not responsible for any lost mail once packages are sent, however if your package does not arrive, tracking says delivered but it has not arrived or tracking does not update/ is stuck please reach out and i will always try to help locate your order!
refunds/returns
for hygenie reasons i cannot accept returns for any reason (whether you have worn/ tried them on or not). as a result sizing kits are always reccomended and are the ONLY guarenteed option for a perfect fit, however if you opt for measuring your nails please ensure you do so correctly, and accurately following the instructions on the sizing info page. note: i will not be responsible for any incorrect sizing on your behalf so please double check.
